Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of experience.tennis (the "Site") and any bookings or purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Sports Hospitality Group Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), a Delaware corporation.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or making any purchase. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and Disclaimer.

1. About experience.tennis

experience.tennis is a tennis hospitality platform that operates in two capacities:

1.1 Affiliate referrals. For certain packages listed on the Site, experience.tennis acts as a content publisher and refers visitors to third-party hospitality providers via tracked affiliate links. In these cases, you purchase directly from the third-party provider under their own terms and conditions. experience.tennis does not take payment and is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or performance of those packages.

1.2 Agent bookings. For certain packages listed on the Site, experience.tennis acts as a booking agent. In these cases, we take payment from you directly, process your booking with the hospitality provider on your behalf, and issue your confirmation. The hospitality service itself is provided by the third-party provider. We act as agent; we are not the end provider of the hospitality experience.

Each package listing on the Site will make clear which model applies. If you are uncertain, contact us at bookings@experience.tennis before purchasing.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site and making a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are purchasing for personal, family, or client entertainment purposes and not for commercial resale

3. Bookings and Payment (Agent Model)

This section applies only to agent-model bookings where experience.tennis takes payment directly.

3.1 Booking process. A booking is confirmed when we send you a written booking confirmation by email. No booking is confirmed until you receive this confirmation. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is issued.

3.2 Payment. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan is expressly stated in the package listing. We accept major credit and debit cards processed through Stripe or Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.

3.3 Currency. Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the package listing. Your card issuer may apply conversion fees. We are not responsible for foreign exchange costs.

3.4 Pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing payment and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel without charge.

3.5 Agent status. When acting as agent, we contract with the hospitality provider on your behalf. The underlying hospitality contract is between you and the provider. We will use reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving disputes with providers where the booking was made through us.

4. Ticket Delivery

4.1 Delivery method. All tickets and hospitality passes are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated, via email, the provider's official mobile application, or a QR code.

4.2 Delivery timing.Tickets are typically delivered between two weeks and 48 hours before the relevant event date, subject to the provider's release schedule.

4.3 Delivery requirements.Certain tickets require you to download the provider's official event app and register an account before tickets can be transferred. You are responsible for completing any registration steps required by the provider.

4.4 Failed delivery. If you have not received your tickets within the timeframe advised, please contact us immediately at bookings@experience.tennis.

4.5 Digital ticket security. You are responsible for the security of your tickets once delivered. We accept no responsibility for tickets that are invalidated due to sharing or loss after delivery.
