• Name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or join our waitlist
• Name, email address, billing address, and payment details when you make a booking
• Any additional information you provide when contacting us by email or through our site

• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and click behaviour via analytics tools

Data from third parties

• If you click through to a third-party provider via an affiliate link on our Site, that provider may share aggregate conversion data with us via our affiliate network (Webgains). We do not receive your personal data from that provider in connection with affiliate transactions.

We share your data only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: We use third-party services including Beehiiv (newsletter), Stripe or Razorpay (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.

Hospitality providers: When you make an agent-model booking, we share the personal details necessary to complete your reservation with the relevant hospitality provider. We do not share payment card details with providers.

Affiliate networks: We participate in the Webgains affiliate programme. Webgains may receive anonymised click and conversion data for commission tracking purposes. No personally identifiable information is shared with Webgains in connection with individual transactions.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your data to courts, regulators, or law enforcement where required by applicable law.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance if this occurs.

We are incorporated in the United States. Our servers are hosted by Vercel. Your data may therefore be processed in the United States and other countries outside the EEA and UK.

Where we transfer data from the EEA or UK to countries that do not provide an equivalent level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

In summary, we use essential cookies (required for the Site to function), analytics cookies (with your consent), and affiliate tracking cookies (set by Webgains when you click an affiliate link).

• Booking records: retained for seven years for accounting and legal compliance purposes

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. Payment transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption via our payment processor. We do not store payment card details on our systems.

The Site contains links to third-party websites including hospitality providers and affiliate partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal data to them.

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us at privacy@experience.tennis and we will delete it promptly.
