Service providers: We use third-party services including Beehiiv (newsletter), Stripe or Razorpay (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
Hospitality providers: When you make an agent-model booking, we share the personal details necessary to complete your reservation with the relevant hospitality provider. We do not share payment card details with providers.
Affiliate networks: We participate in the Webgains affiliate programme. Webgains may receive anonymised click and conversion data for commission tracking purposes. No personally identifiable information is shared with Webgains in connection with individual transactions.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your data to courts, regulators, or law enforcement where required by applicable law.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance if this occurs.
6. International Data Transfers
We are incorporated in the United States. Our servers are hosted by Vercel. Your data may therefore be processed in the United States and other countries outside the EEA and UK.
Where we transfer data from the EEA or UK to countries that do not provide an equivalent level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
