HerStory at Tennis launched in June 2025 as what Keith Prowse described as an industry first in sports hospitality — a premium experience designed, delivered, and hosted by women, tied explicitly to the return of professional women's tennis to Queen's Club for the first time in over fifty years.
What makes HerStory structurally different from every other package in the Queen's lineup is the programming woven through the day. The hospitality itself is high-end and informal, set within The View facility with balcony access overlooking championship tennis, seating options inside and out, and a DJ running throughout. But around the tennis, the day includes interactive insights sessions hosted by Chemmy Alcott OLY — four-time Winter Olympian, first British ski racer to win a World Cup, and now a prominent broadcaster across the BBC, Sky Sports, ESPN, and Eurosport — alongside panels of prominent sports and business personalities. The 2025 edition featured contributors including Tammy Parlour MBE, Natalie Pinkham, Amy Williams MBE, Annie Vernon, and tournament director Laura Robson. The 2026 lineup is built to the same standard.
The food takes a different direction from the rest of the Queen's hospitality range. Rather than a formal multi-course lunch or a traditional British menu, HerStory serves roaming small plates built around an Asian fusion menu curated with a focus on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and sustainability. Welcome drinks are followed by a specially curated cocktail menu alongside Pimm's, selected wines, spirits, beers, and soft drinks — all of which can be taken courtside, a detail that matters on a warm June afternoon at Queen's.
Additional elements round out what is a genuinely programme-rich day: a pamper room, a goody bag, a view of the Queen's Cup Trophy, and the specific knowledge that profits from every package sold go directly to the LTA Tennis Foundation — the LTA's official charity, whose mission is to improve lives through tennis. The experience costs money but the money does something beyond paying for a seat and a lunch.
For the right group — whether that is a group of women in sport or business, a team celebrating something specific, or clients for whom a hospitality experience that takes a clear editorial stance is more compelling than another elegant lunch — HerStory is the most distinctive package Queen's has ever offered. It was created in direct response to customer feedback asking for something with more substance, and the response to both its inaugural and second editions confirms that demand was real.
Queen's Club WTA 500
The only hospitality experience at Queen's built specifically around women's sport — and the only one where the day itself is part of the cause. Interactive insights sessions with prominent voices from sport and business, roaming food with a sustainability focus, a DJ, a pamper space, and Centre Court seats.
